ideialab is an entrepreneurship support organization, founded in 2010 by two Mozambican women. At ideialab, we believe that entrepreneurship has the power to transform the world and that everyone can become an entrepreneur.

We empower people, accelerate learning and the growth of companies, and contribute to strengthening resilient, sustainable and inclusive ecosystems, societies and economies.

Ideialab operates in different countries and regions, designing, advising and implementing products, projects and entrepreneurship programs in any sector or industry and customized to answer client, context and target group needs.

An important part of our work focuses on women (46%) and young people (75%), as they are the most affected groups by social, economic, environmental and political asymmetries in the contexts where we work.

We collaborate and share information, knowledge and methodologies with different stakeholders, co-creating purposeful, innovative and scalable local solutions.

Our strategic focus is three-dimensional: people, knowledge and market. We stimulate the potential of those who wish to undertake, develop and improve their personal and professional skills. We show entrepreneurs how to actively seek out the knowledge, tools and information they need to create, manage and grow their businesses. We simplify markets, establishing bridges and support networks between everyone.
